We are looking for reliable, dedicated employees looking for the opportunity to grow and earn money based on work ethic and knowledge.

• Compensation based on experience $15-40 an hour.
• 8 hour shifts with overtime available in busy season.
• Bi-Weekly Pay.

• Installation of various tile and epoxy concrete floor coating systems on residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Operate equipment, including grinders, vacuum systems, burnishers and scrubbers.

• Able to lift 50+ pounds or more repeatedly.
• Willingnesses to travel around Ohio centrally based in Mansfield.
• Must be able to handle physical activity for up to 8 hours.
• Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, etc., as the job requires.
• Able to read and understand material labels, including safety information, production information, and product description.
• Willing to travel and work all shifts, including weekend work when required.
• [Preferred] Being able to use wet saws, grinders, vacuums (any other epoxy equipment).
• [Preferred] 1+ year experience in epoxy floor and polished concrete.

• 8+ hour shifts.
• Able to work on weekends when required.
